How much does a website cost?

The development and configuration of your website has an initial set up fee. That set up fee can be paid in full.

All websites come equipped with hosting and maintenance, these are charged on a monthly subscription basis “Pay-as-you-Go”. We will collect your payment information, encrypt the data and set up an electronic funds transfer so that you don’t have to worry about ever missing a payment.

Can I host my website through another vendor?

The short answer is yes. You can host your website with our or with another vendor but we always recommend that all websites built and configured through us be hosted in our servers for security reasons.

Our servers follow rigid security procedures that utilize data encryption and redundant locations. This is vital for our products because they require users to enter sensitive data such as policy numbers, vehicle identification numbers or birth dates. We cannot guarantee the security or reliability of others servers.

Can I use my current domain?

Yes, we will help you configure the domain to point to your new website with us.

My needs don't fit into any of your website packages or product offerings. Can you build something based on my needs?

Yes, our web solution is the right option for you. We develop anything and everything you need. Contact us for consultation by going to our Contact page. A support manager will contact you.

How can I process changes to the content of my website?

All website packages come with free monthly maintenance minutes. Maintenance is considered any time an IT specialist needs to work on your account. In example: content changes, IT consultation, configuration or server setup. Feel free to decide how you want to use your monthly maintenance time.

For simple content changes we offer a “Do it yourself” option that is located in our easy-to-use admin portal. This will avoid you using maintenance time and empowers you to make content changes as many times and how often you want.

Who will provide the content to my website?

You can provide the content, hire a writer, or use our pre-written content library. We have pre-written content for all our packages. We encourage our customers create the content, remember that no one knows your business better than you do.

How do I start the process?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, ATM, Check , or Paypal.

I already signed up, now what happens?

A support manager will contact you regarding your purchase to go over design, configuration and content information. A specifications sheet will be created based on your needs and delivered to the development team. Once received the work will begin, a link with the progress will be sent to you for approval and the site will be published.

Once the site has been published you will have 7 business days to report any bugs or issues.
